I use google calendar. It's linked up to my iPhone so I can use it through the computer or phone. I swore by an old fashioned planner in my purse for years, but the online calendar is sooo much easier once you get used to it.
You can view other people's calendars through it as well if you each give permission. So, DH and I can look at each others and "invite" each other to certain events. This is great for scheduling dinners with our friends and families and me keeping track of when he is traveling for work. Love it!
