Preparing & curious questions

Preparing: I'm drinking a big cup of coffee now so that I can stay up until midnight without b!tching. 

I'm not quite decided on what my new years resolution is. I'm thinking it will be "be more motivated". I can get pretty lazy. Such as bumping when I should be cleaning or preparing DS's dinner while he naps.

What was the best(or variation of best) thing that happened this year? 

What is something that you hope will happen next year?

What is something that you hope will happen next year?  Lose weight, get a life, Start working again.

What was the best(or variation of best) thing that happened this year?

Even though LO was born in '10, this past year has just been a joy watching her grow and change with the passing months. It has been a wonderful challenge.

What is something that you hope will happen next year?

I am hoping for better health. Even though LO didn't get sick all that much, she passed things on to us. I have never been sicker than this past year.   I am sure that sounds like a boring this to wish for! haha.

I love that pre gaming for a big night now involves coffee instead of chugging beers before heading out. It will be a miracle is dh and don't fall asleep again this year. Best part of the year, besides watching Liam blossom as a toddler, was learning how strong dh and I are as a team. I need to get better at finding time to work out. I always feel guilty leaving Liam so I can go work out or even do a video at home. I know I would feel so much better if I lost the 10 pounds lingering since he was born.

What was the best(or variation of best) thing that happened this year?   Like a PP said, watching DD grow this year has been, by far, the biggest blessing. She learned to crawl, walk and talk in 2011. It's been pretty amazing. I can't believe how much I love 1 little girl.

 

 What is something that you hope will happen next year? I  hope we sell our condo and buy a house. I'd love to be in by LO's 2nd bday (in July) but that remains to be seen. Fingers crossed! 

Other than that I hope to work again in 2012. This past semester I taught at a local college and loved it. I hope they hire me again.

I drank a big cup of coffee too!  The best thing that happened this year was just having DS to share my life with, he makes everything better.  Something I hope will happen next year is for our family to just have a happy, healthy year - that's it.
