Gross Poop Questions...

My LO typically only has one dirty a day; however, today he has had three, so I am concerned.

The first was formed, soft, but still formed and greenish.  I read that the greenish could be iron in his formula, but formed could still be constipation even if it is still soft, right?

The second was normal yellow peanut butter consistency, so I thought he had just got his bowels moving after the formed part was passed, and we would be in the clear.

The third was liquid with specks of the normal consistency.  He had never had anything like this, so does this all mean he has diarrhea now and I need to watch for other sick symptoms?

Is LO fussier than usual? If not I wouldnt worry much but call your pedi and ask.
