I struggle with eating & working out Oct-Dec each year. Those 3 months of poor eating & no activity has left 10+ lbs on my body. So, just like years past, I want to workout and eat better. I do so good until it gets cold.
I always say to work out more. I usually work out pretty regularly, but this is just the time I re-commit to my plan, especially since everyone else is so gung ho on the whole working out and losing weight thing.

Every year I see how long I can go without getting Fast Food - not even a drink - two years ago what my longest I went almost 4 months! But I'll beat it this year
