Stinging Nipples

BFing has been going pretty well so far. DS is still working on latching correctly the first time on the breast without me having to take him off and re-latch. I have noticed lately after a feed that my nipples sting. They are tender but not cracked or bleeding. I either put on Lanolin or the gel pads after each feed but neither seems to help. I've also tried airing them out which hasn't been successful. The stinging usually goes away after a few minutes or so. Anyone else had this? What did you do to relieve it? TIA :)
