Does anyone else have trouble putting it on? I have such a hard time getting the back strap on for the front carry position. I'm short, only 5', so maybe my arms are just too short? I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

Any suggestions? Or maybe this carrier just won't work for me.

I feel like an idiot, lol. They weren't pulled up as far as they could go so I did that and it is much easier! Thanks

I don't have trouble with it. Maybe the straps are too tight to start with?
