What do you girls think? (NBR)

Ok I'm a SAHM, I'm 25 and I have the urge to dye my hair hot pink or some other random color.  I've been talking myself out of it for awhile because its not like I'm in my early 20s and still go around with crazy color hair.  But at the same time its not like I have to look professional for anything so it isnt like it'd hurt anything and the dye would wash out in a week so it wouldn't be permanant.

 Should I just give into the urge and do it?

Go for it!  I could never do that (mostly because of my job) but if that's something you want to do, then you should!  Especially since it's temporary. 

Maybe you could do some pieces first instead of your whole head.  That might not be as flashy, but you still get to dye your hair.

lol I still considered myself in my early 20s at 25! If you can do it then go for it...it's your hair!

lol I still considered myself in my early 20s at 25! If you can do it then go for it...it's your hair! 

Having kids makes me feel older!  Especially since I have two of them.  I grew out of the whole party phase by 22 and half...lol.

Do it!!!!  My hubby and I met when I had pink hair.  It was awesome and I often consider doing it again all the time.  I mostly SAH, and also work for MH doing paper work, so it wouldn't be a big deal.  I just haven't gone to do it.  Here's me pink haired, and yes, I had clothes on, it was a strapless dress.

Honestly, until you mentioned the whole clothing thing I hadn't noticed.  lol.  I had my hair a little lighter blonde then it is now and put the hot pink on the bottom layers underneth (when it was popular to have that ugly bleach blonde on top and black on the bottom look....no offense if anyone did it.). I believe when I meet my husband I was pretty blonde but within a year I had gone black and then really bright red.  But my DH and I were friends for 5 years before we even considered dating and meet because he was friends with the guy I was seeing and I was friends with the girl he was seeing (it was a small town...boyfriend trades are common).

Ok, I have decided to go back to hot pink based on this post.  MH just said he liked it like that, so I think next month I will be finding a stylist to do it.  Should be tons of fun stripping out the dark purple that's in there now...

Do it! I dyed my hair hot pink once when I was in college and I am so sad I got rid of it so quickly lol. Do it and post pics!

Looks like I'll be headed to Sally's tomorrow to pick up some Manic Panic!  Yay!

 I told my DH and he said if I was going to dye my hair then I should dye it green and go get the orangest spray tan I can get and be an Oompa lompa (sp?).

What a jerk!  I choose to believe he is just picking on me.  What a 31 year old party pooper!

I'll do it with you! lol I am also a SAHM, and have been since DS was born in '08... and because I'm not working, I could finally do a CRAZY color, just because I don't have to be accountable to an outside job. I want to do it just because I never did/was allowed to as a teen, even in just a temporary color. haha. I say go for it!
