Rash?

Anyone know what this might be? There is some on her forehead also. It is not raised. Should I try some desitin?

It wasn't there earlier when I gave her a bath, but I noticed it while I was feeding her right before she fell asleep. She did try a new food today.....

    Could be drool rash or an allergic reaction or just a random thing. I would say not to freak out unless it gets worse and, even then, don't freak out lol. Use Aquaphor or 1% hydrocortisone cream.

    California Baby Cream!  LO's rash looks a little like that when his eczema breaks out.. I'm not saying that's what it is, but unless it's getting worse or not going away after a couple days I wouldn't worry about it.  Most babies are so sensitive to everything that touches their face.  Could just be a drool rash or irritation from rubbing against a certain type of material or something.
