Help....No ejaculations!

Good Afternoon,

Little Background: DH and I have been married for a year and 3 months and both have no children.  I am 38 and DH is 40.

DH started experiencing trouble having an erection and ejaculating over the last year.  He started seeing an urologist 6 months? after experiencing changes.  He?s had several urine test/testosterone tests which all came out to be within the acceptable range level of normal.  The urologist simply shoved it off as a mental contributor since all appears to be normal and prescribed Viagra, knowing DH and I are trying to conceive a child.   DH has no medically issue other than high blood pressure.  DH has worked with his General Physician, since HPB seems to be a problem when it come the erection/ejaculating.  DH blood pressure medicine got changed back in October, to see if that would help and it hasn?t?..So now the urologist wants to see DH back in the office on next Friday and has called for him to ejaculate and don?t urinate until his the office?..Can someone explain to me how is he going to ejaculate if he?s having trouble?  Should we try something different?

I am just at a lost right now and need some advice and encouragement?.Thanks!

I'm sorry you are having difficulty. I don't really have any advice except are you seeing a urologist that specializes in infertility?  Not all urologists will treat infertility and it seems from your description as if your urologist is not really taking you too seriously. I would consider a second opinion.

Thanks....We have decided to fire the urologist and seek help from the REI.  This is so frustating, but I am trying to stay positive and support to my husband.
