Charlie had his 2 month appt today. He is growing like a weed!
Height- 22 1/4 (was 20 1/2 at birth)
Weight- 11lbs 4 1/4 ozs (6lbs, 13ozs at birth and 8lbs 9ozs at 1 month)
Head circumference- 39 cms (34cms at birth)
Makes me a proud mama to see him thriving so well!
He had his shots, and did pretty well. Screamed his head off while he was getting them but once I picked him up and cuddled him he calmed down. He is now sleeping and was due to eat about 45 mins ago. Did your LO sleep more than usual on vaccine days? I was worried about him being cranky all day, but so far (knock on wood) he's doing pretty well! He just started giggling like crazy in his sleep!
We also went and hung out at daycare this morning. I start work Monday and he starts daycare Tuesday and I'm getting nervous and very sad. I've enjoyed these past 9 weeks with him SO much! I felt a lot better after spending time there and getting to know the teachers more and watch them interact with the other kids.
This got longer than I expected. Wishing everyone a happy new year!

B slept most of the day after her shots and part of the next day as well. Those were the only days she slept well when she was very wee.
Good luck with daycare! B starts on Tuesday as well after a year at home!

Yay for a growing baby!!
It is very normal for baby to sleep after shots. M still does. Best of luck with the daycare situation. I'm sure you both will do great.

Good luck with B's first day as well! I so wish I could have stayed home a year with DS!
Stats look great! you are doing great momma! My DS didn't sleep more than usual after his shots. He was a little more cranky than normal, but that was the day after his shots. He also had a slight fever the day after his shots which went away by the evening. Sounds like your DS is doing great! GL with daycare. It is great that you went to meet all the teachers ahead of time. I am not looking forward to that transition. Hugs
Glad he had such good stats!
DD fell asleep almost immediately after her shots, but didn't sleep for very long and then was pretty cranky the rest of the day when she was awake. Slept pretty close to the normal amount. But I do know that a lot of babies sleep a ton after shots. She did give us a 6 hr stretch that night though.
