Pain and numbness in toe?

I don't have a ton of swelling or anything but over the last week or so my big toe on my right foot has been really sore. I haven't banged it into anything and I know its not broken, but I did notice the whole outside is numb. Anyone else had weird sensations in feet/hands? I have carpal tunnel anyways so the pain in my hands after a long day on the computer is normal for me, never had this weird foot thing though.

I don't know about single-ed out toes... but if I sit funny my feet & legs will start to fall asleep, especially when I'm on a hard chair.

Maybe you tweaked some ligament or nerve while sleeping?  Like a leg-cramp but just the toe?  Probably just one of those random annoying things we get to experience while preggo.

i am just a lurker but i have to reply to this because i am having the SAME problem.  first it started out as pain and now its just numbness. i have some swelling but not a huge amount.   the carpel tunnel idea makes sense...maybe thats what it is.  i forgot to ask the doctor too at this week's appt.  i will prob ask next week.

Yep. I've had numb spots on my hands since about month 6...and about two weeks ago the entire top of my left hand went numb. It's kind of painful below the skin (like if I bang it on something or pinch hard) but the skin itself is totally numb. I blame the swelling pinching nerves. I spend my day at a computer for work, so I probably have some carpal tunnel going anyway...but the numb is wierd.

Thanks ladies - good to know I'm not alone! I figured maybe it was related to the swelling and things loosening up. Just was weird that it was just one toe and it feels dead most of the time... so creepy!
