Baby-friendly restaurant recs in Westminster?

Hello! Does anyone have any recommendations on baby-friendly restaurants in Westminster? Cuisine doesn't necessarily matter for this outing- just looking for a good place to meet up with a friend and where I can bring my daughter. Also, I may need to BF if necessary.  Thank you!

On weekends, Legends seems to have not too much of a wait (meaning, usually NONE).  As far as nursing, they have a lot of booths that might be comfortable for that.

Baugher's is always a fun, relaxed spot.

Ruby Tuesdays seems to never have a wait.

Harry's doesn't have a wait either, and also has plenty of booths to BF.
