Milo Alexander?

What do you think of this for a boy's name? DH isn't sold on it, but he did suggest Milo Alexander with a nn Max. (We both really like max but not sure for a first name). I love Milo, and would call him that most of the time.

I also like Lucas Alexander/James. What do you ladies think? Do you have any more suggestions for me? TIA

I am not a huge fan of Milo, but it is cute.  I think Max is great as a first name, it doesn't just have to be a nn.  Love Lucas!

Milo doesn't need a nn, DH just suggested it bc he isn't quite on board and I LOVE the name Milo. DH's name is Stephen and growing up his friends combined his first and last name and called him Stan; I guess he was thinking of something like that. It wouldn't be like we always called him Max, otherwise I would just name him that.

Guuhh, noooo to the Milo!! It will forever be remembered as "Milo and Otis" for older kids.....lol How about Miles? I like Lucas Alexander/James also. Miles Alexander is nice, but I don't know how you are getting Max as a NN out of Milo.....if you like Max, name your kid Maxwell/Maximillien/Maximus/or just Max!!!

I definitely dont get Max from Milo.  If you like Max, you should name him Max.  But I'm not a fan of nicknames.

Max would be like putting milo and alexander together. just to clear up the confusion. Ultimately the nn isn't that primary focus of the post.

I have a Lucas Milo so I think both your picks are great choices.

I prefer Alexander for the middle name if you do go with Lucas.

I like Milo best. It goes well with Emma and isn't too common. Lucas is very popular right now.
