Supply during and after illness

I had a fever on Monday and Tuesday, but continued to pump with no issues to my supply. But then immediately on Wednesday until now, my supply has significantly decreased to half of what it used to be and my breasts don't feel full anymore. How did this happen and what can I do to get my supply back? Will it come back?

    I had the flu on Wed and today THUR I am feeling right back to fine, and NOW TODAY my supply dropped to half too! Im wondering the same thing! I drank a whole bottle of pedialyte today and lots of water.. hoping!

    I had a stomach bug and my supply tanked, I kept drinking water and pumping and it finally came back.   It was scary, I went through my entire freezer stash. I'm still doing an extra pumping session after the first feeding to build up my stash again.
