XP: Ergo Carrier ?

I'm currently working on our registry and I'm looking at the Ergo Carriers. Question - can the baby face out in these carriers? This is the one I'm looking at:

I'd really like to get one that the baby can face in and out, because I know as they get older, they like facing out and seeing everything. I'm also registering for the Moby, but I'd like to get a carrier like the Ergo, so if anyone has any other recommendations where the baby can face in and out, that would be great. Thanks!

Baby can't face out in the Ergo.  However, you can put the baby on your back and they can see in front of them just fine.  I find that Micah doesn't even know the difference.  He really doesn't care that he doesn't face out, he prefers being close to us.  Plus, when he's facing in his hands aren't grabbing at everything!
