Coordinating Nap schedules for 5 month olds

They are still taking 3 naps per day the mid day nap has alwaus been short and not always at the same time but first and second were together until a couple weeks ago. How do i get them back on the same daily schedule?

I would just keep one up a little longer and put the other down a little earlier until you get them back on the same schedule.

Do they wake up at the same time every day?  If not, I would start there.
