did anyone watch "Laugh & Learn About Childbirth" video?

A friend of mine suggested I watch it since I did not go to any classes.

Your thoughts on it??

I've never heard of it but I highly recommend the hypnobirthing method. It really has the best outcomes for mama and lo.

I did with my first, while on bed rest. It was cheesy, so DH and I got a kick out of it. It made us feel more prepared, and really what else was I going to do on bed rest? It's been almost 6 years, so I'm a little fuzzy on the details.

I did and I liked it.It gives you a basic understanding of what's really going down from the early labor to postpartum.It is a bit cheesy, but it didn't bother us.

It will not teach you breathing techniques much, so if you're looking for education on birthing methods, this is not the best video for that.

But for someone so clueless like myself, it was a great help.
