Good morning and happy Thursday! Hope everyone is doing well.

Any news, progress, arrivals?

 I'm full term today-yay! Also had an unplanned check at my appointment yesterday. My dr. doesn't usually do them at that appointment, but he noticed I was having a contraction when he was feeling my belly, and I told him I have had a lot more contractions in the last week. So even though we discussed that it wouldn't really tell us anything, I was curious:) So I was 3cm, 70% effaced. It does make me a little anxious since I went from 1cm, 50% to 5cm, almost completely effaced in one week with DS1, so we'll see what happens!

I'm 38 weeks today! I had kind of a rough night yesterday. I think the baby might be dropping or I was having some BH contractions. I haven't really had any yet so I'm not sure. I know I'm lucky not to have uncomfortable contractions but now I keep worrying that I won't know what they feel like when I'm ready to deliver.  Last week my doctor checked me and I was closed and the baby was still up high so it feels like things are progressing in some manner which is exciting. We finally got the nursery in order so that's a relief. We made a Dec. 26th trip to Ikea to get a dresser. I was dreading it, but we got in and out early enough to beat the insane crowds. Overall it's been a good week!

I'm 37 weeks today! Finally full term! I had my appt yesterday but they didn't check me which I was really happy about. They did at my 36 week one and I thought I was going to kick my dr in the face from the pain! But LO was really low the first time he checked although I was still closed. I have had some more pain and contractions since then so I have a feeling there may be some progress! happy Thursday!!!

38 weeks today...I'm so excited to be so close. It's crazy to think baby could be here any day now.  This is about the time with my last pregnancy that my family started calling, a lot. Like I will not call when I go into labor. hahaha, they are just exctied too I'm sure.

38 weeks today, too! I'm kind of making myself crazy with thinking this baby can come any minute. As of earlier today at the doctor I'm not progressing, so that give me some peace of mind... but the same was said with DS and he came two days later and my water broke out of nowhere. (That's kind of what I'm concerned about) I'm really hoping baby waits until January, though, so a few more days or even another week is fine with me...but at the same time I can't wait to meet this baby!!

36 weeks today - yay!  According to my ob I'm full term today although it seems everyone else in the world (incl. me!) considers 37wks to be full term.

No internals for me since I'm having a scheduled c/s on Jan 19 (I have been having weekly NSTs though).  I really doubt I'll make it that far.  Starting to have lots of contractions each day and he's really low now.  DS1 arrived at 39w6d and DS2 at 38w4d... following that trend I'll place my bets on 37w2d??  

I feel like I've finally reached the light at the end of the tunnel.  This has been such a long, rough pregnancy for me.  I'm so done and ready for my outside baby.  I rarely sleep anymore... getting maybe 3-4 hours total each night but not consecutive hours. I loved my previous pregnancies but not this one at all.
