I worked last night, and had time to kill...so I ordered some pg tests. I usually buy from Amazon, but decided to check early-pregnancy-tests.com. I ended up buying the normal 20 mIU/mL tests, but saw that they have a 10 mIU/mL test. Has anyone used this test? Are you actually able to pick up a positive that much earlier? If these are such amazing tests, why aren't companies like FRER picking making tests that sensitive too?
Re: Has anyone use the 10 mIU/mL tests?
The picture for both the 20mIU/mL tests and the 10 mIU/mL tests is the same:

10mIU/mL: https://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/extra-sensitive-pregnancy-test.html
only a 15 cents per test difference, but I don't know if it is a marketing gimmick or not. I would think that if the test was truly a valid test, you might get a positive earlier, but the reviews seem to be saying 10 dpo-12 dpo for the most part (and that's when some positives are found with traditional tests).
That's strange. I used those once but not sure which ones I used since they look the same (someone sent them to me which was nice)...but I got false positives which sucked. It may have just been a bad batch though.
I bought 50 of those this time around. They are IMO as good as normal wondfos. Actually, I found that the wondfos (20-25miu) showed a better second line than the 10 miu. It took a few days after my original BFP but the 10 miu DO get darker.
IMO, I like them enough to test early with them but I will always back it up with a FRER.
Here are some photos of the 10 miu vs wondfo vs FRER:
