You-neek spelling for a middle name?

What do you think of the middle name "Brianne" pronounced Bree-Ann?  It is a combination of my husband's first name and my middle name.  We would probably go with the first name of Meredith.  "Brianne" is actually on the top 1000 SSA list for a few years in the early 2000s, but I know that there are many wacky spellings/made-up names that show up on the list.  So, what do you think?  Are you-neek spellings more acceptable as middle names?

Smooshing (combining) two names (or more) together to create a you-neek name. People do this a lot when they try and force themselves to honor a bunch of people.  

 

That's what I figured smooshing was, but I wasn't sure Thanks for the clarification.  

 And I always thought the common spelling was Breann or Breanne, but after I did some more googling, it looks like Brianne is more common.

Thanks for all of the opinions, and Meredith is my most favorite name ever, and I have almost completely convinced my H that we should use it.  I have thrown out some other middle names, but Brianne is the only one that he seemed remotely interested in.

Very pretty and I would pronounce it just the way you spelled it out.  I see nothing wrong with it.  

I didn't realize this was a "unique" spelling.
