Lightning crotch...now??

So I'm only 9 weeks and last night I started getting these weird pains and aches down there. They've been on and off all dy and I just got some that were fast and painful. I've heard of lightning crotch late in your pregnancy but has anyone experienced anything like this so early on??

    Yes, I had lightening crotch very early on. Like around 7 weeks. Luckily I read about it beforehand or it would have scared the crap out of me.

    2/06 - surprise pregnancy - twins
    3/06 - m/c 1st baby at 6 weeks 
    5/06 -2nd baby had no heartbeat at 14 wks.
    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    I had that at 6 weeks and was freaking out, doctor said it was normal.

    This definitely happened to me just a few days ago... I just brushed it off as some weird pregnancy thing. It does make me feel a little better seeing others post about it though!

    I've been trying not to freak myself out over aches and pains anywhere in my midsection....staying positive!

    I don't think I started getting lightning crotch until later, but I definitely got RLP that early, and SI joint stuff. Everyone tells you it doesn't happen in the 1st tri, but it DOES!!

    Aches and pains sound more like RLP. Lightening croch feelslike it sounds, a shooting quick pain...in the crotch.

    im having both and im only five weeks. i never heard it refered to lightining crotch though haha you leran so much from this board. ive just been calling ohh this vagene pain. but lightniing crotch is definetly an accurate portrail.
