Hi! Does anyone know what the return policy for Toys R us is? I have some things I need to return and I don't have the receipt for them! TIA

I returned without a receipt tonight. First, she said if you have the credit card  or your rewards card number, they can find the receipt in their system. If not, they will give you the lowest price it was offered in the last 30 days as store credit.

I have returned many things there and received store credit.  I've also heard stories about horrible customer service...
