Anyone move out of state before your divorce was final?
I visited my sister and her family for Christmas and it got me thinking. I have no family around me now, I have lots of friends which is great but no family and I miss living near family.
My STBEXH is in prison and will be for the next few years. I'm currently working on our divorce which is no where near final (he won't agree and I'm not willing to compromise where my DD is concerned), our pre-trial hearing isn't until next September.
If you did move before your divorce was final how did it work? Did you have to go to court and get any kind of approval? Also, how does visitation work if you live in a different state? Mine is going to be complicated becuase for the 1st 6 months - a year visitation will be court supervised.
