registry items

anyone have a list of registry items you found helpful for your twins?

Im still early, but just trying to plan ahead since my shower will likely be in March. I wasn't sure if asking for just 2 of everything is what most people do?

I registered for of course two cribs and then for the other major things (swing, infant seat and such) I only registered for one of each.  As far as the other necessities     ( bottles, pacifiers, blankets) I registered for a couple of different brands/varities and put one of each on the registry.  There is so much that my girls decided they liked after they were born so once I found what worked for them, I bought a lot of whatever it was.  It may be a good idea to put a lot of gift cards on your registry(and to maybe let people know that you prefer gift cards) and keep the actual items to only what you know you will use.  That way once the babies are born and you find what works for you, you can stock up on those items.  GL!!

I also did some other googling of recommendations.  I didn't register for any clothes, except onsies, or blankets, because I figure I'll get both of those things whether I ask for them or not.

Yep, the link is my blog and that list worked out really well for us. We had just about everything we needed and there wasn't much that didn't really get used or that we didn't end up liking.
