Yep- the take care of me thing too. I'm going back to school, graduating in December & making my life so that I depend on NO ONE! I'm also quitting drinking. Not like I have a problem.. just want to focus on myself, K and school & lose my sweet gut.
Mine is to come to a divorce agreement and to get it finalized. Which should happen in the early months. Move to a home I can stay in for a few years, discover who I am completely and BE that person, not get involved with ANY men and only focus on my babies and make ME happy for once. I have been so miserable in my life for years and years. I'm done with all the bad stuff and want to finally make myself happy. I don't care if it's selfish. All I care about is my children and myself for now.
1. Run a full mile without stopping. I ran track in HS and was good, a few injuries, 2 kids, and 40lbs later I can barely walk the distances I used to run with ease.
2. Stop putting myself last. I always make sure everyone around me has everything they want/need and then there's nothing left for me. I just got my first haircut in almost a year and I did it at a cheapy mall place because I didn't want to spend the money on myself. No more! From now on I want to get what I need too, I work damn hard and I deserve it.
3. Get fit, I hate the way I look #1 & #2 should help take care of this.
Get my flabby ass (among other flabby things) toned since I put it off last time because we were planning #2. I figured why do it twice, so after this one I need to work on it.
ETA: Also, I am going to SAH after #2 and will be opening a small daycare next Sep, so take all of my classes this spring and get licensed and get the dayvare space completed and setup before baby #2 gets here.

I totally get your #2. Uhm...wait. Anyway. I haven't had a real haircut in so long. My hands and feet look awful. I just hate that when it comes down to it, I can find so many other things to spend that money on. Knowing damn well, no on ELSE in my house would make that sacrifice. DONE WITH IT.
Re: What is your New Year's Resolution?
BFP 11/29 - m/c @ 5w
Save enough money to move this summer.
Cook at home more. We've been pretty good at this, but I want to be even better.
Pay off 1 credit card OR my student loans by the end of the year (hopefully more once DH starts working)
Eat healthier.

Run a half marathon.
Eat more veggies.
Continue my current exercise plan.
Clean out my closets. All of them. (This could seriously take all year to do)
1. Learn to stop, breathe and think before responding out of anger.
2. Pay more attention and be kinder to H.
3. Keep revising and updating my resume/portfolio to improve my chances of getting FT work.
Get the baby here healthy.
Lose that baby weight.

1. Read the Bible to DS all the way through
2. Make ME happy too! I do the same thing, always putting others first and then I get upset about not being happy.
3. Do yoga 3x/wk
1. Eat healthy, work out, lose weight.
2. Take more "me" time.
3. Get our savings account built up.
4. Spend more time with just DH.
