Pick Favorite Nickname for Elizabeth Zinnia, sister to big bro Kai

If we have a girl, we are planning on naming her Elizabeth Zinnia (I am hoping we have a girl just so I can use it! I already have a son...we'll find out soon enough!) I love Elizabeth, but mostly because of her nickname opportunities. I also love how fresh Zinnia is. Can you pick your favorite non-traditional nickname out of the ones I list? It would have to go well with our son, Kai's name.
