Middle name for Anthony!

I had my girl name all picked out....Alexa Jean.  And then the tech told us that we are having a BOY!  My boyfriend's name is Anthony....so the first name isn't really up for debate.  But I get to choose the middle name.  I was thinking Ryan. But I'm not 100% sold.  Our last name is very Italian...begins with Lat...and ends in O.

Do you like the name Anthony? It's your kid so it's definitely "up to debate."

My late father and grandfather were both Anthony Joseph. My dad went by Junior or Tony over the years, but AJ would also have worked.

I like Anthony Ryan, like you suggested. I also like some other posters' suggestions: Rocco and Joseph. I also like Anthony James.

DH is Anthony Robert and our family friend is due in April and they are naming him Anthony Alessandro (quite Italian)
