sick baby for Christmas

Poor Shiloh, she has been running fevers (101) off and on since Christmas Eve, weird colored light green poo, cough, vomiting off and on, no appetite.  Pedi's office answering service isn't picking up (which pisses me off).  I can't decide if she is sick enough to warrant an ER visit (still eating a few ounces, not dehydrated because she has tears and poo back to brown color).  WWYD?

Stopped vomiting but will gag or turn her head to anything offered to her food-wise other than a few oz of fomula. Still had a fever at bedtime but was energetic in short bursts.  Got ahold of pedi and they said as long as she keeps peeing and the fever doesn't go above 103 she is ok to ride it out another day. Hoping tomorrow is better!
