Middle name help

One of the names we like is Nicole. However, we can't decide on a middle name for it. I suggested Marie, but DH wasn't too keen on it. Any ideas?

I think Marie is a great middle name. or Elizabeth.

I think middle names are a great place to use those "guilty pleasure" names that you don't think you could get away with for the first name. OR, a great place to honor someone special. We've used family names, and have also considered saint names.

If you just want something that sounds nice...

Justine (I love this name, DH said no, boo!)
Rose

I think Marie works well too. A two syllable with emphasis on the second syllable seems to be a nice flow with Nicole

I like all the ones pp, but I also like Anne. I also agree with pp, do you have a family name that you wanted to use but didn't want to give top billing?

I'm really liking Elizabeth. The only family name we like is Margaret. I liked Marie because it's my sister's middle name. Right now we're really just akin a list. I think we're just going to wait and meet her to decide. Names in the running....Rebecca Lynn, Allison Grace, Allison Renee, Allison Margaret, Nicole Marie and now Nicole Elizabeth.
