I know you don't have to go without a pedicure the whole time, but is there a time you should avoid them entirely? Or do you just skip the massage portion?
It's fine. I think the whole "massage can send you into labor/cause a mc" thing is a myth. If it makes you more comfortable though, you could always skip the massage.
I just told the ladies that I was (obviously) pregnant and they did the massage a little differently. Supposedly there are pressure points that can induce labor (or some such thing).... and I didn't want to worry myself with all the "what if"s.
I've done them the whole time. The pressure point is a very precise location up around your Achilles tendon. The place I go to doesn't even massage there.

I thought it was a myth too, until it sent me to the hospital! Just have them skip your heels/ ac. Tendon....
