trying to PIP-help!

This is a blatant cry for help just so I can be an AW.

I've been wanting to post our baby announcement/Christmas card photo and cannot for the love of all that is good in this world get it to PIP.

 I upload my picture in tinypic.com and copy the IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards into the Image URL line in the pop up window that comes up when I click the tree icon but the picture is still really large when I preview it so that you have to use  mouse to scroll to see the entire photo.

I've tried playing with dimensions and plugging in numbers to get it to display smaller but no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you already saved it in a smaller size in your photo uploading side (What do you use.. Photobucket?)

 

If not, go ahead and do that. If yes.. sometimes it still shows large for you even if it is already resized. You might have to refresh your browser a few times.
