Starting PT, now takes off poopy diaper in crib during naps

So.....we have started to introduce potty training, and our daughter (25 months) will pee and poop on a little potty and a regular toliet anywhere from 1-6 times per day.  We're not really pushing it yet, just kind of seeing how she will do.  The past two days I've gotten her from her nap and she has taken off her pants and poopy diaper in her crib (giant mess). 

 I'm not sure if this is a sign that she is not ready to deal with any potty training and is retaliating, or if she likes potty training and doesn't want poop in her diaper.

Any expereice with this??
