I just got my grandmother's Christmas letter in the mail. She mentioned that my cousin had a baby this year. I knew his wife was pregnant and was due in October but I never heard the name. She said they named their son

Kixx.

Not short for anything. Not a family name. They just liked it. All I see is a cereal box.

Well, at least you got the name and can make your definitive opinion.

My mom still can't remember, for the life of her, what a distant cousin of mine named her baby born in November. All I got was "one of these modern names I've never heard of- Bruder or Brayda or Brydand or something that doesn't sound like a name." I asked her, "is it Brayden?," but couldn't get a conclusive answer. It is killing me to withold definitive judgment.

No. They are just young and stupid. They have another son. His name is Kooper. They had him when they were 18 and 20. They are maybe 20 and 22 now. I don't get it.

Bwahaha! I just feel so bad for him when he gets to school but he'll probably be in a class with Nevaeh's, Jaxon's and other ridiculous names so it won't really matter.
