Taking longer to go to sleep...

I have twin 2 year old DD's. Who for the longest time have gone to bed at 7:30-7:45 usually falling asleep about 20 minutes after they go in. Lately my one DD is still awake 1.5 hours later tonight its going on 2 hours. She naps 2-3 hours and is usually awake from naps by 3 or 3:30. She just talks and plays in her crib, no crying but I was wondering what is this? Why the change all a sudden. Anyone else experience this? Should I move back bedtime. I just like them on the same sleep schedule! Thanks!

Re: Taking longer to go to sleep...

  • Yay for twin girls. Mine have been taking longer and longer too. I loaded up their bed with stuffed animals and toys, hoping they'll entertain themselves. One is good about that. The other pages me in there several times. We've started putting them in a little later. My husband thinks we should let them stay up  much later which I'm not feeling at all.
