A co-worker put that quote inside a book I got at my work shower yesterday. I just think it's the best, ever!!!

I saw this quote on Pinterest the other day. Next to it is a photo of a pregnant belly with stretch marks.. I was a blubbering fool by the end of it.
A mark for every breath you took, every blink, every sleepy yawn.
One for every time you sucked our thumb, waved hello, closed your eyes, and slept in the most perfect darkness.
One for every time you had the hiccups. One for every dream you dreamed within me.
It isn't very pretty anymore. Some may even think it's ugly.
That's okay.
It held you until my arms could, and for that I will always find something beautiful in it.

Oh hell, I'm tearing up over here. Every time I think about holding my little boy in my arms for the first time, I start crying. I can't imagine what will happen when he actually gets here. Too many happy tears to count.
