damn leappad issue with computer!

So i finally go tthe leappad! and when i go to connect to my computer through the leapfrog connect it says that it can't detect the leappad!   it says i'm not running the newest service pack on my computer...I have windows 7 and there is only 1 service pack right now so i dont understand why it keeps saying that!

    i turned that off. but not really understanding why it tells me i'm not running the latest service pack on my computer when there is only one available for windows 7! i got with leappad and they had me do some stuff to send back files to them to check out so we'll see
