**TTC check in** (unofficial Holiday edition)
I didn't see one yesterday so I'm just going to jump in and do an unofficial holiday edition of TTC check-in (hope I'm not stepping on your toes AustinMimi!)

and QOTW: do you tour Singapore when you're a guest at someone else's house? What about when you have houseguests?

At someone else's house: Uhh.. I was going to say no, but then I remembered a couple of times..
When I have houseguests: usually not, but again.. I can think of a couple of times..
not much to report here either... cycle day 1 today so I'm excited about that. Get to do my HSG and order my meds for our January FET which will begin with the next aunt flo. I'm scared it won't work but really really ready to get this ball rolling.
QOTW: We seem to only have relations when we're at the in laws house... we have too much respect for our friends?? Maybe we were just never at a friends house while I was ovulating...dunno... but we always think we're super sneaky and quiet. Totally done it at home with guests too... but that was when we were newlyweds.

Update: I think I'm out this cycle. Things just aren't working out. For one thing, we'll be either staying at my parent's house or they'll be staying w/ us during the entire fertile window. AND I just had my colopscopy/biopsy yesterday and my doctor says I can't have sex until all the (TMI alert) "coffee ground" scab stuff is out. And even if that happens, she wants DH to get in, deposit, and get out (i.e. no contact with cervix if we can help it) because it's easy to start bleeding again and there's a risk of infection, etc. UGH. If I had known this I would have insisted on an appointment earlier in my cycle! I almost cried when the nurse told us to wait at least a week. I'm hoping to get all the coffee grounds out before then, I haven't seen anything yet so who knows how long it'll take. Oh, and apparently I have a really large cervix, according to my doc. Who knew.
QOTW: We have and we will... depending on the circumstances. My parents' house is tough bc there are no hallways... my room there might as well be in the middle of the house. And our bed at home is really creaky!

Update: CD 32 with no sign of AF and no BFP yet. This is my longest cycle since stopping BC so I'm a little frustrated. And of course I didn't temp this month, so I have no idea if or when I O'd.
QOTW: We have not and probably won't. I get weirded out about things like that.
Update: Nothing here. I was really hoping that AF would start on her own (which would indicate that I ovulated) but I'm a week late now and no BFP. Guess I need to get that prescription for Provera filled.
QOTW: When we were doing treatments? Absolutely. Other than that? Eh. We will at our house, but generally don't at other people's houses. We have been known to though.
Update: Nothing here, just waiting to O this month. If we don't get pregnant this month, I am going to call the doctor for the dreaded what do we do know question.
QOTW: We don't often but we have and will, especially now since we are TTC. We have doors... with locks..

Update: I've been temping this month and it according to my chart and my opk test I ovulated on the 13th. So today I am 9 dpo, I got a big temp spike today, but I feel like I'm starting to get sick. I REALLY want to test tomorrow, but don't want to be sad. I'm also worried that Christmas morning my temp will drop and then I'll still know that I'm not pregnant. This was our last chance to do it on our own. If I'm not pregnant and the hubs SA comes back alright then I start clomid. I went to the doctor on the 19th for blood work to see if I did ovulate on my own, and if not why not. So any extra dust y'all have left would be really awesome. No fertility meds or treatments or anything are covered on my insurance as far as I know so it seems like this is going to become very costly for us if it doesn't happen right now.
QOTW: We have never done it with people over, and I don't THINK we have at someone's house, unless we were way drunk.
