soother sizes

ds uses his infant soother still.  do i need to get him the next size up? he only uses it for naps and overnight.

you should/ the next step becomes harder/more firm because of teeth coming in. it keeps them from chewing it apart.

DD naturally ditched hers when we switched to the next step at 6 months. It was fabulous.

I switched, i heard not switching can cause palate problems. Not sure if it's true or not. I switched anyways just because the 0-3 looked tight on her cheeks. DD didnt even notice haha!
