I would love Catherine Eloise or Eloise Catherine.  I don't think Kate Eloise fkows very well.

I agree with PP that the flow isn't great... Eloise is very pretty, but I prefer Kate as a nn. My name is Katie, and all my life I've had people ask "what is it short for?" So I'd prefer to have a full name (eg Katherine, Katrina, Katerina) with Kate as the nn.
