My 6 month old had been having bowel movement issues since starting solids. He usually only poops once a day and it is an excessive amount...maybe because its just once a day and gets backed up. Does anyone else have this issue?
My 6 month old use to poop one time per day as well and when he did it was too an excessive amount but I figured it was because he would go 2 to 3 days sometimes without pooping. Now that we have him eating 2 baby bullets of solid foods (started 1st week with Squash and 2nd week with Peas) that he now poops everyday and sometimes more than one time. Just the other day he went poop 4 times in one day....He is now a pooping machine heehee I'm guessing his body is getting use to solid foods and making him more regular
Since starting solids, both my boys have occasional-sometimes frequent poop blow outs, especially at day care. Numerous pieces of clothing have been ruined. I dont know what to do about it, any suggestions?? If its not a complete blow out, it still comes close! Sometimes however, one of the boys has a semi formed poop, small amt. Ahhhhhh, the joys of solid foods
