When will this tooth EVER pop in??

DS has been showing signs of teething for the last month now.
I started feeling his first tooth about 1.5 weeks ago and just started seeing it a few days ago.
It's making us all miserable; no sleep during the night, no naps during the day...I just have a fussy baby boy 24/7 =(

When will this tooth finally cut through?
It has to be soon, doesn't it??
What's your BEST teething remedy?
Baby orajel? Teething tablets? Tylenol?
What do you do when your LO is miserable from teething?

    My DD had started teething at about 4 months and both teeth popped through about 2 weeks ago within a week of eachother.

     Hyland's all natural teething tablets worked great for us. Calmed her right down. Also try freezing wash cloths for your LO to chew on. Those 2 things worked great for us. Good luck. I know it's tough. I am just soooo excited that she's now working on her top teeth.. blehh.

    Lydia started teething hard core around 6 1/2 months... And the two teeth came in at the same time about about 7 1/2 months. It can be very rough. We used Hylands, which I never used with Layla, but will never live without them! They work great. Lydia also likes chewing on frozen wash cloths. Hang in there!

    I have been able to see a tooth for nearly 3 months and it has yet to pop through. I think I felt another in there too today.
