Is it possible that my mucus plug would have fallen into the toilet? I've heard most people find theirs when they wipe it is on their TP or it is in their underwear but I think mine might have gone right into the toilet?

Sure. And a lot of people don't lose theirs until they're in active labor. I never noticed losing mine (and trust me, I looked each time I wiped) with my first two. With this baby I lost it in the shower and had bloody show as well. That was last Wednesday...

If you did lose it, it sounds like this pretty much means nothing, since it can grow back.
When you went to the hospital, did they tell you that you were dilated at all? Did they tell you what the fluid was that leaked? Did they give you any restrictions?
Yes, with my first it went into the toilet after I went to the bathroom. I felt it come out, and looked and it was in there. Afterwards for about a day and a half, more globs would come out on toilet paper when I wiped, or in my underwear.
