With that chili recipe, do you think I could just use chicken breasts (and chicken broth) and put it in the crockpot on low all day?
I've never used chicken, but you could try it. What I plan to do is make it on Saturday morning (or Friday night if I have time), then transfer it to the crockpot and keep it on warm until we eat it that night.
