It's still super early, but we were just discussing names, what about:

Carraden Elizabeth for a girl

&

Ryan Carl for a boy (DH middle name + dad's middle name)

No, i've just heard it somewhere a long time ago and always thought it was pretty.  Carra for short, or even Denny would be cool.

I think I can figure out how to pronounce Carraden...Car-uh-den? But since I had to hesitate before saying it, that makes me scrunch up my nose in dislike.  Sorry.

Elizabeth is nice. 

I like Ryan Carl. Ryan is a little boring, in my opinion. However, that could be because my favourite boy name is Rylan.

Ryan... may be boring.... but its a good name, not to mention my DH's middle name.  Rylan, to me, sounds like a girls name. just my opinion.

Is there any possibility that you misheard Carraden and it was actually Carrigan? The latter is actually a legit Irish name for a girl and they sound pretty similar. Unless I'm mistaken Carraden is completely made up.

Carraden reminds me of David Carradine - the actor who was found dead in Thailand from auto-erotic asphyxiation.  Lovely connotation for your daughter, especially since so many people have seen Kill Bill.

Ryan Carl is nms but fine. Ryan feels dated to me. I like using a family name for the mn slot.

I like Carraden. I have never heard it before, but there are lots of names I probably have never come across before. The spelling throws me a little though.
