Shopping/price comparison app recommendations?

They were talking about this app where you take a pic of the item's barcode and it shows you where else it is being sold nearby and for how much, so you can see where the best deal/s are. But they didn't mention the name of the damn app! Anyone know what I'm talking about and if you use an app like this, which one?
