Is it ok to drink a glass during the last feeding before bed? I'd like a glass to relax before I go down but I try and go to sleep with her.

Yes, absolutely...it won't get into your milk before you're done feeding.

I was told during a meeting with a LC last week that alcohol gets into your system in about 15 minutes, faster if on an empty stomach.  You may want to wait to start drinking it until she's almost finished or after she's finished, but its up to you I doubt it would cause much harm either way.

Of course! The amount of alcohol that ever reaches your breastmilk anyway is super minimal...so unless you are binge drinking, go for it!
