I've been lurking on this forum for about 2 weeks since I scheduled my c section but now it's really getting close and I'm here to say thanks for all the useful information you've given me so far.  I've never been one for to many national board posts but in this one I've felt I've had some connection to.  My section is scheduled for 12/27 because of breech position.  I go in today for my last heartbeat check and lab work.  I am hoping they don't need to do a cervix check and I'm guessing they won't because I have heard that it can possibly trigger labor and they don't want that with this positioning.  Either way, hello ladies

Good luck mamma. I am right behind you for the same reason, LO is hanging out head up...Mine is sched for the 6th.

PS: They told me they're not going to do any cervix checks with me until labor.
