Anyone ever used/use homeopathy?

absolutly swore by the hylands brand homeopathics for our DD when she was tiny. She had cronic ear infections and I swear the only thing that made the pain, stuffy nose and irritability go away was the stuff they make for ear aches, colds and runny noses. The brand also has an awesome ear drop for ear aches too.

Added benifit, they taste o.k. so she actually takes her medicine when needed without any complaints to this day. ((knock on wood))

Hylands is very good for babies.

For  older children and adults, my two absolute favorite things:

For a sore throat:

Gargle with a cayenne pepper / warm water mix (salt if you want) every 20 minutes or so. 

For a cough:

• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger(powdered)
• 1 Tablespoon honey
• 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons water
  Mix and take by the teaspoon.

It doesn't taste great, but works better than any over-the-counter medicine that I have tried.
