I've heard you shouldn't buy too many of any specific diaper so you can figure out what works best for your LO, but how many should we have on hand at the beginning? Should we stick mostly to Newborn or also have some size 1 just in case? I'm petite and DH wasn't a huge baby, so I'm thinking our LO won't be huge. TIA!

Re: Diapers (come in STM's)
I've heard a newborn can easily go through a diaper every 2 hours, sometimes sooner. If you plan for baby to go through 15 diapers every day, it's good to get enough that could last a couple of days at first. You can always go get more if you don't have enough. I personally wouldn't get more than a couple day's worth in the newborn size, but I have a family history of big babies. I'm cloth diapering, but if I was using disposables, I'd make sure I have at least 30 newborn and 30 size 1 diapers on hand that way I'm ready no matter what size baby ends up being. Better to have too many than too few, but it's really a waste to have 100 newborn unless you know for a fact that baby will be on the small side.
