Ache below the naval

has anyone else experienced a dull ache feeling, or perhaps a feeling of pressure, from the naval and down to the pubic area? it sometimes seems persistent, seems better when i lay down.  i called MDs office this AM and was told there is a lot of ligaments stretching, and if it gets severe, call. honestly, its annoying. any thoughts?

I just called the doc for the same reason! He said the same thing and to make sure I'm hydrated. I def don't drink enough so it could be a reason for me. Hope this helps

I've been having all kinds of dull aches in my abdomen area.  It's driving me a little crazy.  I'm assuming it's RLP or something like that.

I get this, too, especially when I sneeze.  It also happens sometimes when I roll over or get up suddenly.  My doctor says it is normal.  As the uterus grows, the ligaments surrounding it weaken, so sometimes sudden movements will cause pain.
